Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Telvasihub d.o.o. collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to telvasihub.com. The entire process is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.
1. Who is the controller

2. Which data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (full name, email address, message content) and technical data (browser type, general geographic region, time of visit) which we process strictly with your explicit consent given through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to send educational materials you have requested, to continuously improve the site’s content and – subject to your consent – for marketing activities through Google Ads.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in operating the site safely and effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention period
Contact-form data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact unless we are legally required to retain it longer. Technical data from analytics cookies is retained for up to 14 months.
6. Recipients of data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Possible recipients are limited to carefully selected processors (e.g. email service provider, EU/EEA-based hosting provider and – with your consent – Google Ireland Limited as provider of Google Ads services).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, restricted access, periodic review of access rights) to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or in applicable regulations. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of the document.
